When the use of medical marijuana, better known as marijuana, pot, cannabis, ganja, herb, weed or whatever name a patient refers to marijuana that is smoked for medical purposes. Then there is also an oral type of marijuana that is manufactured with the properties of THC that are helpful in the treatment of numerous medical conditions.
The difference between the two might not seem so different, but there are large differences. The first difference is that patients state they have better results when using medical marijuana, rather than oral marijuana. Another difference is the manufactured oral marijuana drug is legal, while in some states and countries the use of medical marijuana is not. The oral THC drug can also cause some side effects that the naturally smoked medical marijuana does not have side effects and cannot be overdosed on, unlike the oral THC.
